🌸 Who can micro dose?
Anyone can microdose, regardless of age (from 18 years old) or current state of health.
This is different from full flood ceremonies, which—due to their intensity—require participants to be in optimal physical and mental health.
Private microdosing — individual or group format:
You may choose to microdose on your own, or create your own private group (as a couple, with friends, or with family).
🌸 Is this programme right for you?
During a microdosing journey, you will begin to release deep-rooted codes that have shaped your reality. Letting go of these codes can be very challenging, as you may be confronted with them directly.

Microdosing is a 7-week commitment and guided journey. Each week, we will meet for a video call — ideally on the same day and at the same time to maintain a steady rhythm.
To take part in a microdosing programme with me, the first step is to book a call. This gives you a chance to share your situation and intentions, and allows us to align on the best timing and flow for your microdosing journey.
