Our Full-Flood retreats are unique. They follow a precise protocol, enabling you to experience a powerful and memorable healing journey:

☀️ An individual or paired shamanic healing session to prepare and facilitate the work with Doctor Iboga.
☀️ Your body decides the quantity of Iboga you will take during the ceremony, as it knows exactly what it needs to heal. Every individual is unique, and participants often require very different dosages.

About Hima
Hima is a sanctuary, a community, and a sacred space for healing and elevation through shamanic retreats.
We are an organisation dedicated to the transformation of Humanity, a place of transmission where individuals are trained to work with Sacred Plants, particularly Iboga and Cacao.
Hima offers various shamanic ceremonies: Full-Flood Iboga ceremonies and Cacao ceremonies.
We also offer Iboga micro-dosing programmes, Couple Days with Cacao to help partners reconnect more deeply, private shamanic healing sessions, and soon, a learning space to serve both Iboga and Cacao. At Hima, Sacred Plants and Humanity unite in the Creation of a New Earth.

My name is Jadhe Esmeralda Diesse
I am an engineer, graduated from École Centrale de Lyon. I am also a Cacao and Iboga shaman, as well as a trainer in LaHoChi and energy healing.
I have written a manual for LaHoChi teachers to support them in their training courses – it is available here.
I am also an author. My book Incarne ton potentiel de Lumière is available in bookshops and on Amazon here.
During individual healing sessions, I mainly work through channelling and shamanic healing via vocal alchemy, focusing on the release of deep crystallisations at the root of limiting and repetitive patterns.
I regularly hold ceremonies dedicated to ancestral healing.
Together with my partner, Arjuna, we organise Cacao Ceremonies for Couples. By combining the magic of sacred Cacao with exercises drawn from couples therapy, we help partners reconnect heart-to-heart, releasing resentment and deep-seated obstacles.
I have been serving Iboga since 2021 in Europe and the Caribbean. I have supported several dozen people with this Sacred Plant of extraordinary power.
I guide 7-week microdosing programmes. I also serve Iboga in Full-Flood ceremonies, and occasionally in stream format for returning participants.
I share the wisdom transmitted by the sacred plants and my Guides in my book Incarne ton potentiel de Lumière, and in my podcast Les Lumières de la Nouvelle Terre, released every Friday. It is available here on YouTube, and also on Spotify.
My Teachers and Shamanic Training
I often say that I have three teachers:
1. My shamanic teachers who live in South Africa, Teyonah Kakati Ma and Sy Fu, from whom I have the privilege of learning the work with sacred plants and shamanic healing. Teyonah and Sy are remarkable shamans, profoundly gifted, loving, and wholly dedicated to serving humanity “from a place of Love and equality”.
2. The Sacred Plants themselves, Doctor Iboga and Ix Cacao, who teach me how to work with them and how to offer their healing to those who feel the call.
3. The Universe, whose guidance leads me towards the teachings necessary for my evolution as a human and a shaman.
Doctor Iboga and Me
I was already serving Cacao when Doctor Iboga, the spirit of the Iboga plant, spoke to me in an authoritative voice:
"Jadhe, you are a shaman. You must prepare yourself."
Before accepting my life mission, I first embarked on a profound healing journey with Iboga. Together, we cleared:

Soon after, I began my shamanic training with my teachers Teyonah Kakati Ma and Sy Fu in South Africa. I developed a unique microdosing programme that combines Iboga therapy with channelled personal coaching.
Full-flood et Micro-dosing Iboga
I have the immense honour of working alongside Doctor Iboga for the healing and elevation of Humanity.
Each year, HIMA organises unique full-flood Iboga retreats, which are deeply transformative and respectful of each individual's natural rhythm.
I also offer two-month microdosing programmes, available either in group settings or through private guidance, where I combine my skills as a sacred channel and shaman to support you in a journey of deep transformation, aligned with your personal goals and life mission.
My name is Arjuna Devaya
I am a man, an alchemist deeply passionate about and driven by inner transformation and the awakening of human consciousness.
It was by immersing myself alone in the forest, in close contact with nature, that my journey towards the divine began.
Nature was my first medicine, my first teacher. She taught me to listen to silence and to contemplate the beauty of the present moment.
Today, my life is dedicated to a sacred mission: helping humanity remember its divine nature.
I am here to support those who wish to heal profoundly, to transmute karmic wounds, to find peace, and to help build a new world.
A world aligned with Dharma, where human beings live in harmony with the Earth and with their own hearts.
As part of this mission, I also accompany men on their path of transformation.
My wish is for every man to realise that he can be free, fulfilled, and loving, while remaining true to his own heart and truth.
What I have discovered throughout my own journey, I now share with kindness, authenticity, and responsibility: being oneself, without masks, in truth and in love.
My Journey with the Sacred Plants
The sacred plants entered my life as catalysts for my transformation.
Each has transmitted a unique wisdom to me.
Mama Cacao opened me to pure love — unconditional, without filters or judgement.
Ayahuasca reminded me of the importance of humility and deep respect for the spirit of the plants.
Huachuma (San Pedro) helped me to develop my energetic abilities, guiding me towards deeper and more powerful healing work.
However, it was Iboga — and more precisely Doctor Iboga — who truly transformed my life in depth.
He helped me to release anger, hatred, to free myself from screen addiction, and to transmute harmful patterns.
He enabled me to soothe my relationship with the feminine and to be more consciously rooted in love within my couple.
Today, it is an honour and a blessing to offer him in return, with love and respect, through the retreats we organise with Jadhe.
At HIMA, my role is to create a sacred, luminous, and safe space — both on the material and the energetic levels.
A cocoon of love and light, a place of trust and kindness where each person can fully immerse themselves in their healing process.
Building a New World
Today, alongside Jadhe, I dedicate myself fully to this mission of awakening.
Together, we have founded HIMA as a sanctuary of healing: a space for transmutation, rebirth, and love.
There, we organise retreats, programmes, and guidance to help everyone create a life in harmony with the wishes of their heart —
a life that is more joyful, more conscious, and grounded in love.
